Customers are responsible for ensuring that their communications comply with applicable laws and third-party platform rules.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You may not use our services to infringe or facilitate infringement of intellectual property rights.

This includes unauthorized use of:

  • Copyrighted works;

  • Trademarks;

  • Trade names;

  • Patents;

  • Trade secrets;

  • Proprietary software;

  • Confidential materials;

  • Other protected intellectual property.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that materials they provide to Dracorion are lawfully obtained and that they have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions.

10. PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY

You may not use our services to unlawfully collect, process, expose, distribute, sell, or misuse personal information.

You must not use software, websites, applications, databases, or other systems developed by Dracorion to:

  • Collect personal information without an appropriate legal basis;

  • Circumvent privacy protections;

  • Sell or disclose personal information unlawfully;

  • Track individuals unlawfully;

  • Obtain sensitive information through deceptive means;

  • Violate applicable privacy or data-protection laws.

Where a project involves personal information belonging to third parties, the customer is responsible for obtaining the necessary permissions and establishing an appropriate legal basis for processing.

11. HARMFUL OR ABUSIVE CONTENT

You may not use our services to create, distribute, or facilitate content that is unlawful or intended to cause serious harm.

This includes content or activities involving:

  • Credible threats of violence;

  • Targeted harassment;

  • Fraudulent schemes;

  • Malicious impersonation;

  • Instructions intended to facilitate unlawful activity;

  • Content designed to facilitate abuse or exploitation;

  • Other activities prohibited by applicable law.

Nothing in this section is intended to prohibit lawful expression, criticism, discussion, research, or other activities protected by applicable law.

  • Payment controls;

  • Platform restrictions;

15. REVERSE ENGINEERING

Except where expressly permitted by applicable law, you may not:

Where appropriate, customers must provide accurate information and cooperate with reasonable security, compliance, or legal requests.

20. MONITORING AND INVESTIGATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dracorion may investigate suspected violations of this Policy.

We may review relevant information when reasonably necessary to:

However, immediate action may be taken where necessary to address security risks, fraud, unlawful activity, significant harm, or legal requirements.
