REFUND POLICY

For which products can I request a refund?
Refund requests for digital products offered by Dracorion (software licenses, custom web solutions, design packages, etc.) will only be considered in the following cases:
• If the product is not working technically and the support team is unable to resolve the issue
• If the service is provided differently than the purchased scope
• If the user makes a request within 7 days from the date of purchase

How does the refund process work?
• The request must be submitted in writing to dracorionsoftware@gmail.com .
• The request will be evaluated within 72 hours at the latest.
• Refunds deemed appropriate will be refunded within 5 business days using the same payment method.

In what cases are refunds not made?
• If the user has personalized or downloaded the product
• If the entire service has been provided and the user has approved the service.
• If there are problems caused by third-party integrations
• On promotional or discounted products, unless otherwise stated
